A greengrocer’s apostrophe, an incorrectly used apostrophe to form the plural of a noun, indicates a process of marking; one of plurality or possession. This confusion can sometimes accompany the extending of an invitation. An invitation manifests the figure of the guest. This idea could include a projection with great expectations for both ends.

The I and the figure are looking at apples and apple’s.

eversince is an artist-run space and studio located in a former greengrocer’s in Düsseldorf. It was used as an exhibition space beforehand. With its preserved shop architecture and furnishing, the three exhibition rooms are directly connected to a studio area of the group caring for the project. By combining art production and exhibition making in the same space, the project aims for fostering forms of collaboration with artists invited to exhibit. This use of all four rooms at Linienstraße allows on-site production. eversince works towards creating room for uncharted dialogue.
